Handcrafted Memorial strives to give you the best possible service to help you remember and honour your loved ones. All Handcrafted Memorial products are manufactured to your special, personalized requirements. Every possible care is exercised to ensure that all products are manufactured to our high exacting standards within planned manufacturing times. Unexpected manufacturing delays can occur for various reasons. Should such a delay occur, which will adversely affect forecast product delivery, it is our policy to notify you, within 48 hours of the delay becoming evident, of any product supply delay together with a rescheduled delivery date. We believe that you will get long lasting satisfaction from your Handcrafted Memorial product.

 

 

Turnaround time

 

Currently the turnaround time is approximately 7 working days from the customer's approval of the design drawing. Please contact us if you want us to give you a firm turnaround time.

 

 

Guarantee, Returns and Refunds

 

We do offer a full money back guarantee during the design process up to your proof authorisation. In the unlikely event that we cannot fullfil any special requirement you may have, we will refund your monies in full with no design or proof charges, unfortunately after this point we cannot make refunds due to the memorial being designed by you for you and with no commercial value other than to you.

We ask customers to please use care when choosing their product and specifying the required customisation. Refunds cannot be provided if customers simply change their minds or make a wrong selection.
